Why don't cinemas have a quite showing of movies?
No one under 21, no communication devices, and a strong reminder not to talk.
Have some Ushers standing in the Cinema, and as soon as one of these rules is broken, they escort the person out.
I'd pay an extra 25% to go there.
Now I know there are some cinemas that have drinking, but I don't want to hear some yahoo ordering a drink, or eating while I'm watching a movie.
That would be the other thing, if you leave the showing, you can't come back in.
Edit:
Changed ba to Pay, ahve to have , and here to hear. Thanks for that last one iamthewhale.

Thanks.
OTOH, if the only way I can start getting comments is by mis-spelling and poor grammar, maybe I should get worse~
My Spalling is appelling.
I clearly remember the first time I went to an evening movie as a teen. There were obnoxious adults talking too loudly the whole time, housewives who would laugh like hyenas for 20 seconds after the dumbest of jokes, and people who generally behaved as if they didn't care what society thought about them.
I remember thinking "man, I paid 2x as much as a matinee to put up with these people?"
Sometimes self-important (or self-unaware) 'grown-ups' are the problem.
Oh, no doubt rudeness spans beyond a specific age; which is why I would be strict on tossing those people out.
Cutting out people under 21 removes the biggest factor, families of all ages.
I'm not saying they should go to a movie, just that I want to go to a movie without that noise.
